Hey Everyone!  Merry Christmas! Hope everyone had a good one. This week was great. I had a great Christmas Eve and Christmas day. We taught a lot of lessons, had some great food with members, and played some basketball. Christmas Eve was amazing...my life dream and mission dream was fulfilled. We were going to an appointment with an Interested person that we are teaching and they didn't answer the door. But there were like 4 young kids playing basketball in the street and Elder Rich saw that I was dying to go play with them so he said go head and play. It was a lot of fun and they were so good. But they didn't know white kids in shirt and ties could play a little street ball themselves. We were getting ready to share a message with them, but then we heard some gun shots and police sirens in the street next to us so we had to go but luckily we got their names and hopefully will get to meet with them again. Christmas day was good we had a lot of meals with members which...

Hey everyone!  So change of plans hahah I ended up getting reassigned to Independence Missouri. Of course it happened to be right after I sent the email last week saying I'm going to Hong Kong so sorry about the false news I like to keep you all on your toes. Anyways its been great here. Got off the plane and all I saw was snow and no mountains its so flat you can see forever. We got picked up by President Love and his wife and the AP's in a big white van it was awesome, reminded me of home with my boys in Big White. We then went to Liberty jail and went through the tour and everything. Super spiritual and amazing experience. Then went to the mission home and got settled in. We slept there that night. Then woke up drove to Independence and went to transfers. Met my companion Elder Rich from Woodscross Utah. He's great! Except he really likes to get me to skip meals for some reason not sure why. Maybe he is tryna get me on some weight loss program or something. ...

Hey everyone!  Hope everyone has been doing good! Nothing new happemed this week besides we got our flight plans to Hong Kong on Friday! And then saturday the reassignments came... over half my district got reassigned to Salt lake, Richmond Virginia, and New York. I was lucky enough to not get reassigned, so I will be going to Hong Kong early  Monday morning !! I'm so excited! After nine weeks here, I’m ready to leave. But my heart goes out to the rest of my district. I know they are all amazing and are going to do great things wherever they are.  The lord has a plan for them and needs them there and I know I will meet up with then in Hong Kong in no time.  I am greatful for the opportunity I have to serve the Lord especially in Hong Kong. I'm very excited. I love this time of year, greatful for the greatest gift of christmas which is our lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I know this gospel is true and have learned to love it more and more everyday. I hope ever...

Hey Everyone!  Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving! This week was pretty good. Nothing super new.  On Thanksgiving we were able to hear from Elder Neil A. Anderson which was great. We also we able to participate in a service project where we made food packets for people in need it was great. I'm getting super excited for Hong Kong, same with the district. We still have 2 weeks, but almost there.  Had to say bye to Elder Fuller who left today and is headed to Moscow. I'm gonna miss having a buddy around here at the MTC to be able to talk with and laugh with, but he's gonna do great things. That's all I got this week hope everyone enjoys their week!
